Underpads Nairobi Same Day Delivery: Order Now, Pads Tonight
Need underpads Nairobi same day delivery because the last packet ran out this morning? We understand. Sternmed holds stock in Nairobi and dispatches on the day you order.
Sternmed prices apply to stock in Nairobi today.
Sternmed Afrika supplies 60 x 90 cm disposable underpads in packets of 10 at KSh 800 and bales of 100 at KSh 8,000. This page explains how same day delivery works in Nairobi, what it costs and how to order so the pads reach you tonight.
How underpads Nairobi same day delivery works
You send the order by WhatsApp, email or the shop. We confirm that stock is in Nairobi and we confirm the delivery cost to your estate. A rider or van leaves with the pads the same day.
You pay by M Pesa or cash when the pads reach your door. No prepayment is needed for a first order within Nairobi.
Orders placed early in the day reach most Nairobi estates the same afternoon. Orders placed late in the day go out the same day where a rider is available and first thing the next morning where not. We tell you which when we confirm.

Which parts of Nairobi do we reach the same day?
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery covers all of the city, from Karen to Kahawa and from Rongai to Ruiru. The delivery cost depends on distance from our dispatch point and we confirm it before the rider leaves. Estates close to the city centre cost less than the far edges.
Towns just outside Nairobi such as Kiambu, Thika, Athi River, Kitengela and Ngong are served too. These may be same day or next day depending on the time of order. We tell you plainly when we confirm.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery for families
Most same day orders come from a son or daughter caring for a parent at home. The packet ran out, the patient is wet and the chemist nearby has none. One WhatsApp message and a packet or a bale is on its way.
Order the bale if the illness is long. A bale of 100 lasts a month at three changes a day and saves you the next emergency. Our guide for carers of bedridden patients has a daily routine.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery for clinics and wards
A clinic that runs out mid week does not want to wait for a monthly order. Send the bale count and the clinic address and the bales arrive the same day. Pay on delivery or ask for an invoice.
Hospitals in Nairobi can set a standing weekly delivery so the store never runs dry. Read the hospital underpads guide for a specification sheet and a worked budget.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery for pharmacies
A chemist that sells its last packet on a Saturday morning can have a bale by the afternoon. Reorder when you open the last packet, not when the shelf is empty. The distributor guide explains margins and reorder rhythm.
What to have ready when you order underpads Nairobi same day delivery
- The number of packets or bales.
- Your estate, road and a landmark or gate name.
- A phone number the rider can call.
- Whether you will pay by M Pesa or cash.
- A time window when someone will be at home.
With those five things we confirm in minutes and dispatch without a second call.
Delivery cost for underpads Nairobi same day delivery
We do not publish one flat Nairobi fee because the city is large. We confirm the cost to your estate before dispatch and it appears on the quote. The price you are told is the price you pay at the door.
A bale costs about the same to deliver as a packet, so the bale is the better buy for delivery. Several bales on one order share one delivery fee.
What arrives at your door
A sealed Sternmed packet or a wrapped bale of 10 packets. Each pad is 60 x 90 cm with a soft top, an absorbent core and a waterproof back. The size and count are printed on the packet.
Open one packet and check it before the rider leaves. If anything is wrong, hand it back and we replace it. Read the Sternmed underpads brand page for the full specification.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery and the clinical lines
From 27 November 2026 the same riders carry IV cannulas, giving sets, catheters, urine bags, feeding tubes and nebulizer masks. Until then those lines are quote only. Reserve them now and we add them to your pad delivery when they land.
Our consumables price list shows every line in one table. One supplier, one rider, one payment.
Weekend and public holiday orders
We dispatch on Saturdays where a rider is available. Sunday and public holiday orders are confirmed for the next working morning unless we can do better. We tell you which when we reply, so nobody waits by the gate for a rider who is not coming.
If you know the weekend is coming and the packet is low, order on Friday. Underpads Nairobi same day delivery works best when the order comes before the shelf is empty.
Using the pads tonight
Wash your hands. Lay the pad soft side up under the hips and smooth out folds. Change it as soon as it is wet, fold it inwards and bin it in a tied bag.
Dry skin is the point of all this. The NHS guide to urinary incontinence explains why prompt changes protect skin for anyone who leaks.
Why underpads Nairobi same day delivery beats the marketplace
Marketplace listings often ship from abroad and take weeks. Some do not state the size. Some arrive as a smaller pad than the picture.
Sternmed stock is in Nairobi and the size is printed. You pay on delivery after you have seen the pads. For a family with a wet patient tonight, that is the difference that matters.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery: a typical order
A daughter in Kileleshwa messages at 10 am. Her mother came home from hospital yesterday and the ward sent two pads with her. She asks for a bale and gives the gate name and a phone number.
We confirm the bale is in stock, confirm the delivery cost and send a rider. The bale arrives mid afternoon, she opens one packet, checks the size and pays by M Pesa. Her mother sleeps dry that night.
That is the whole process. No account, no prepayment, no waiting for an import.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery for nursing homes and hospices
Homes with many residents use several bales a week. A standing delivery on a fixed weekday keeps the store full without anyone having to remember. If a surge empties the shelf early, a same day top up fills the gap.
Tell us the resident count and the usual changes a day and we suggest a weekly bale count. Adjust it after the first month.
Why families choose underpads Nairobi same day delivery over a chemist run
A chemist run means leaving the patient, finding a shop that stocks pads and hoping the size is right. Many small chemists carry one packet or none. The price over the counter is often KSh 1,000 or more for 10.
Underpads Nairobi same day delivery brings the packet or bale to the door at KSh 80 a pad with the size printed. The carer stays with the patient. That is why most of our Nairobi orders are repeat orders.
Mistakes that slow a same day order
- No landmark or gate name, so the rider cannot find the house.
- A phone that is off when the rider calls.
- Nobody at home in the agreed window.
- Ordering one packet when the patient will need pads for months.
Avoid the first three and the pads arrive on time. Avoid the fourth and you will not need another emergency order next week.
